1)What is the difference between Chiness university' Law and HKU's Law?? In terms of 課程or any other is ok.... Are they both having exchange programme and 實習experience??

最佳解答:

The main difference between CU Law and HKU Law is that HKU Law is still much better. Firstly, admission statistics show that HKU Law still admits better students than the other 2 law schools in Hong Kong. Secondly, students in HKU Law School have a better chance of going on exchange at world-reknown unis. This is because the CU Law School is too new-it has been established for only around 4 years. Most unis in the world are still unsure of the quality of its students. On the other hand, HKU lawschool has been established for 40 years and is more well-known toforeign unis. HKU law school also has more bonds and exchange agreements in place with foreign law school. Thirdly, the career prospect for HKU law students is more promising. As you know, most lawyers in Hong Kong graduate from HKU. Law students need to find practising lawyers to take them on for traineeship/pupilage when they graduate from PCLL before they can qualify as a lawyer (that's what youcall實習). HKU law students have a better chance of being accepted as trainees/pupils since lawyers who are HKU alumnis will probably prefer a HKU graduate to a CU graduate if the two are equal in other areas. Fourthly, HKU law school has a greater staffing to provide more support to its students, mainly due to its history. The curriculum of CU Law School and HKU Law School does not differ greatly since PCLL has admission pre-requisites and law students are bound to complete the same core subjects in every law school.
