中五轉校問題----沙田區??

Sincerely, I do not suggest you considering a change at this moment. 1) You are now in Form 5 and there will have no school, except some Band 3 or DSS, would open the recruitment midway in a school academic year. If you want to change to a Band 1 school, I am sure they will not accept any application in this period. 2) Your current school is Band 2 CMI one. It is nearly impossible for you to shift to a Band 1 EMI school unless you can prove your excellent English ability. But now you are S.5 already, not S.1. I am sure no Band 1 school will take this gamble to consider you entry. 3) You are midway in NSS curriculum study. Such a change will make you plenty of time to re-adjust the new environment, from the teaching method, familiarity of students and most importantly, the change of medium of instruction. I am pretty sure you cannot adopt using English as teaching language now, for you have stayed too long in CMI environment. You should not take a gamble to shift to a EMI school that you have high change unable to adopt. This will seriously affect you HKDSE result for sure. From studying the chance, the language, the adoptation and the time, etc, I confirm I will not recommend you to consider a change. You better stay in your own school and strive for the best results.
